Cancellations:
Campers typically book their camp months in advance, and as such, openings created by last-minute cancellations can be hard to fill. This, in turn, can disrupt the group mix for other campers. Although they are strongly discouraged, cancellations are accepted for ermgencies and unavoidable situations according to the following criteria: If written notice of cancellation is received by the park prior to six (6) weeks before the first day of the camp session, then 100% of the camp fees will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs between four to six (4-6) weeks before the first day of the camp session, then 50% of remaining fee is refunded, OR the camper may rebook to an open session within the same calendar year.
If cancellation occurs within the four (4) week window preceding the first day of the camp session, then no refunds will be made, but the camper may reschedule to an open session within the same calendar year.
No purchaser should rely upon representations other than those included in this agreement.
