Once you have purchased your Pass with EZpay, You can also set up and manage your EZpay account conveniently online from your park’s Pass Member login page.
What is EZpay?
EZpay is a simple monthly payment program designed to increase the affordability of Annual Pass memberships. EZpay program is available for Florida residents only. Proof of a Florida residential address is required.
What is accepted as proof of Florida residency?
Proof of a Florida residential address (non-PO box) is required at time of ticket pick up:
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Valid Florida state-issued ID card (must have a Florida address)
Can I manage my own EZpay account?
Yes, EZpay account holders can manage their own account profiles conveniently online. To begin, follow the instructions inside the Pass member website to create an email address and password for accessing your EZpay account.
What can I do with my account within the EZpay Account Management area?
Once you have set up a profile, you can access your EZpay account. You can make an advance payment; make a past due payment, update billing day of month and credit card information.
Can I use EZpay to get a Fun Card?
Sorry, but no. EZpay is only available for 1 Year and Platinum memberships.
Are there any finance charges connected to EZpay?
No. We want to make Pass memberships at every level affordable for everyone, so we refuse to charge interest or finance fees.
I just received vouchers for my EZpay purchase. When will my payment cycle begin?
Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase, so you should see account activity right away.
Is my monthly EZpay charge always the same amount?
It should stay the same throughout your initial membership period. If it changes without notice, let us know at 1-888-800-5447.
Can I pay off my initial commitment early?
Yes, if you want to pay off your entire EZpay account before the 12 month period is over, just call 1-888-800-5447 or visit the Pass Center or Guest Services at your park.
I just signed up for EZpay membership. Can I upgrade my Pass to add another park?
Yes, just visit the Pass Center at your current park or call 1-888-800-5447. Important: When you add one or more parks, a new membership card will be issued and you will begin a new commitment term as of the date you make the change.
I just signed up for EZpay membership at multiple parks. Can I switch to a one-park Annual Pass instead?
Sorry. Switching to a product of lesser value before your original commitment term has ended is not allowed.
Is there somebody at the park who can help me with my Pass Membership account?
Go to the Pass Center or Guest Services at your park for help with all your Pass needs. Important: Annual Pass can only be validated at parks in which they are recognized. For instance, a SeaWorld Orlando Pass cannot be validated at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay.
What happens when my 12 month EZpay membership term ends?
We like to keep EZpay easy. You’ll automatically roll over to a month-to-month membership that can be cancelled at any time. To cancel, call 1-888-800-5447 or visit the park at which your membership was validated.
What if I need to change credit cards or if my credit card is lost or stolen?
You can change the credit card number on your account via the EZpay Account Management area of the Pass Member website or you can contact us right away by calling 1-888-800-5447. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
May I cancel my EZpay account before my commitment term ends?
Members may not cancel during their initial term of membership. Should any actions on your part result in cancellation during that period you’ll be required to provide payment in full for each Pass purchased. After your initial term of membership has ended, you may cancel at any time by calling 1-888-800-5447.
Can I remove someone from my EZpay account?
You may not remove individuals from your account until your initial term of membership has ended.
Can I change an individual on my account to a different credit card?
All individuals on one account must be charged to the same credit card.
Is my Pass Membership transferable?
Pass memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable at any time.
