Commonly Asked Questions About eTicketing
What is an eTicket Voucher?
Electronic vouchers or eTickets are stored in the park's computers and printed
out by you, rather than mailed out. Our eTicket service is similar to the
traditional paper ticket process, but eliminates the time and hassle associated
with purchasing or exchanging a paper ticket. You do not have to wait for
your voucher to be delivered to you.
Using your eTicket
When you arrive at the park turnstile, present original copy of the eTicket
and an official form of picture identification (driver's license, passport,
etc.) to obtain entrance inside the park. You may also be asked to show
the credit card you used to purchase your eTicket. These eTicket vouchers
may not be resold or transferred and may only be used by the person
whose name appears on the eTicket.
What are the eTicket limitations and rules?
eTicket vouchers may not be resold or transferred and may only be used by
the person whose name appears on the eTicket.
Am I eligible for eTicketing?
Everyone is eligible for eTickets, but not every product is. If an eTicket
icon  appears next to a product in your shopping cart or store, that product is
then eligible for purchase as an eTicket.
What if I lose my eTicket?
You may simply go to our Account History
page and enter your email address and password and reprint your eTicket(s).
Printer recommendations for printing your eTicket
We recommend that you print your eTicket on a high-resolution inkjet or
laser printer for best results.
General recommendations for your eTicket
We recommend that you follow these guidelines to make sure your eTicket
experience goes as smoothly as possible…
- Avoid getting your eTicket wet, the ink may bleed or smear, this will
cause the barcode to become difficult to read.
- Try to avoid excessive folding or crumpling of your eTicket.
- When you redeem your eTicket at the front gate, please have a Photo
ID available to show the attendant.
