What is EZpay?
EZpay is a 3-month payment program designed to make Sesame Place Season Passes fit more easily into people’s budgets.
Are there any finance charges connected to EZpay?
None at all. We want Sesame Place Season Passes to be affordable for everyone, so we don’t charge interest or finance fees.
When will my EZpay installment charges begin?
Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase, so you should see account activity right away.
Is my monthly EZpay charge always the same amount?
Yes. If you notice any discrepancies, let us know at 1-866-GO-4-ELMO.
I just signed up for a Sesame Place Season Pass on the EZpay payment option. Can I upgrade to Big Bird’s Passport or Super Grover’s Passport?
Sure. Since you’re already using EZpay, all we have to do is increase your monthly payments. Just call us at 1-866-GO-4-ELMO.
I just signed up for Big Bird’s/Super Grover’s Season Pass on the EZpay payment option. Can I get a Sesame Season Pass, instead?
Sorry. Switching to a product of lesser value before your original commitment term has ended isn’t allowed.
Can I pay off my initial term of commitment early?
Yes, just call 1-866-GO-4-ELMO.
What if I need to change credit cards or if my credit card is lost or stolen?
Contact us right away. You can change the credit card number on your account at any time by calling 1-866-GO-4-ELMO. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
I received a notice that my EZpay account has been suspended. What should I do?
Call 1-866-GO-4-ELMO for an explanation of your current account status and information on how to reactivate your account.
Is my Season Pass transferable?
Season Passes are not transferable.
