What is EZpay?
EZpay is a simple monthly payment program designed to make Annual Pass Memberships fit easily into people’s budgets.

Can I use EZpay to get a Fun Card?
Sorry, but no. EZpay is only available for Silver and Platinum Passes.

Are there any finance charges connected to EZpay?
None at all. We want memberships to be affordable for everyone, so we refuse to charge interest or finance fees.

I just received vouchers for my EZpay purchase. When will my payment cycle begin?
Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase, so you should see account activity right away.

Is my monthly EZpay charge always the same amount?
Your first payment may be slightly higher or lower than your monthly payments. However, your reoccurring payments will remain the same amount.

Can I pay off my initial commitment early?
Yes, just call us at (800) 25-SHAMU or visit Ticket Services at the park on your visit.

I just signed up for Silver Pass on EZpay. Can I upgrade my Silver Pass to a Platinum Pass?
Yes, just visit the Ticket Services window on your next visit or call (800) 25-SHAMU. Important: When you upgrade your current Silver Pass, a new membership card will be issued and you will begin a new commitment term as of the date you make the change.

I just signed up for Platinum Pass on EZpay. Can I downgrade to a Silver Pass instead?
Sorry. Switching to a product of lesser value before your original commitment term has ended is not permitted.

Is there somebody at the park who can help me with my Annual Pass Membership account?
Go to the Ticket Services window at the park for help with all your Annual Pass needs. Important: Please visit the park where your original annual pass purchase was made for updates, changes or questions about your pass.

What happens when my 12- or 24-month EZpay membership term ends?
We’ll e-mail you a statement outlining your options for ongoing membership and participation in EZpay (e.g., add/remove participants). If we don’t hear from you, we will automatically renew your Annual Pass one month at a time, with the expiration date changing monthly. Your monthly rate will also be subject to change at that time.

What if I need to change credit cards or if my credit card is lost or stolen?
Contact us right away. You can change the credit card number on your account by calling (800) 25-SHAMU. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

I received a notice that my EZpay account has been suspended. What should I do?
Call (800) 25-SHAMU for an explanation of your current account status and information on how to reactivate your account.

May I cancel my EZpay account before my commitment term ends?
Members may not cancel during their initial term of membership. Should any actions on your part result in cancellation during that period you’ll be required to provide payment in full for each Passport purchased. After your initial term of membership has ended, you may cancel at any time by calling (800) 25-SHAMU.

Can I remove someone from my EZpay account?
You may not remove individuals from your account until your initial term of membership has ended.

Can I change an individual on my account to a different credit card?
All individuals on one account must be charged to the same credit card.
