I just placed my vacation order, what do I need to do next?

To prepare for your SeaWorld Orlando visit, you’ll need to do two things:

  • Print your SeaWorld admission tickets (eTickets) if applicable. If the tickets you selected weren’t available as eTickets, they will be shipped to you within 3-5 days from receiving your hotel confirmation.
  • Print out a printer-friendly version of your email/order confirmation page once you receive your hotel confirmation. This should be made available to you within 3 days of ordering your vacation package. Vacation packages booked well in advance may be delayed until closer to your arrival date.
   

All I see is a package price, what exactly am I being charged for?
Your package price includes a nightly room charge plus all applicable taxes. Also included are any admission tickets, add-on items and all applicable taxes/service fees.

   

Are all tickets available as eTickets that I can print at home?
Yes, tickets can be printed at home or shipped to you. Tickets that can be printed at home as eTickets will have an eTicket symbol on them.

   

Will I receive tickets for my animal interaction or dining reservation?
No, our reservation based programs such as our animal interactions, dining programs, tours, etc., do not require any tickets to be printed. However, we advise that you bring a copy of your email/order confirmation when you check in for these programs.

   

What if I need to cancel or make changes to my vacation package?

What if I find a lower rate elsewhere…will you match it?
Unfortunately SeaWorld is unable to negotiate hotel rates as all rates through SeaWorld Vacations are managed by the hotels themselves.

   

If I have a dispute about my hotel stay, who should I speak with?
All situations dealing with your hotel stay should be made with the hotel first. SeaWorld works with our partner hotels to provide our guests with places to stay but is not affiliated with the hotels themselves. However, please contact us if your stay was not up to standards so that we may address the issue with the hotel.

   

What if I require special accommodations for my hotel?
Please contact us at your earliest convenience so we may place a note on your order for this request. While the hotel will do their best to accommodate your request, not all requests can be guaranteed.

   

Does SeaWorld or my hotel provide transportation to and from the park?
Starting March 1, 2010, SeaWorld will provide daily transportation from our Official Hotel Partners only. Some of our other Partner Hotels offer their own transportation or can make accomodations as necessary.

   

What age is required to book a hotel package?
Most hotels allow guests 18 and over to make a reservation; however, some hotels only allow guests 21 and up. Click here to view age requirements.

   

How do I get the Eat Free All Day deal?
The Eat Free All Day Offer is a limited-time special offer and is only available by booking a SeaWorld vacation package on SeaWorldVacations.com

   

What does Eat Free All Day offer include?
The Eat Free All Day offer includes an All-Day Dining Deal at the park or parks included in guest package for one day. This program allows guests to dine as often as they wish throughout the day. Guests are permitted one entree, one beverage, and one side OR dessert and one non-alcoholic beverage each time through the line until 30 minutes before the published restaurant closing time.

   

What is the retail value of the All-Day Dining Deal?
The All-Day Dining Deal retails for $29.99 per day

   

Is the All-Day Dining Deal date specific?
No. The All-Day Dining Deal is only valid for one day at each park included in guest’s package and can be used on day of guest’s choice during the length of their vacation.

   

Is there a "child rate" available for this package?
No, pricing is based on the number of people in the party, 3 years old and up.

Guests receive 10% off purchases of $50 or more at:
  • Friends of the Wild at SeaWorld and Kiwi Traders at Aquatica

Complimentary Quick Queue Unlimited at SeaWorld
  • Admission is required and the usual ride restrictions apply. Available in limited quantities per day and will be given out on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests can pick up Quick Queue Unlimited for day-of or next-day visits only. Guests can only get this free benefit from the Expedia Local Expert Guest Service Desk in the hotel.

Complimentary transportation to SeaWorld, Aquatica, Discovery Cove and Universal
  • Advance reservations are required for Universal Transportation and can be made at the Expedia Local Expert Guest Service Desk. Discovery Cove shuttles are accessible from the drop off at SeaWorld. Shuttles to SeaWorld and Aquatica will run continuously starting approximately one hour before SeaWorld opens to approximately one hour after SeaWorld closes. Two shuttles will run, one servicing the three Hilton properties and the other servicing the three Marriott properties. Schedules for service will be available at the Expedia Local Expert Guest Service Desk in the hotel.

Early Entry to SeaWorld and Aquatica on Select Dates
  • Dates are subject to change but currently include the following:

  • Please check with the Expedia Local Expert Guest Service Desk in the hotel for confirmation of any Early Entry dates during your stay. Guests must show their Official Hotel Partner Benefits Card to gain early entry.

Exclusive access to the “SeaWorld Rescue Tour” at SeaWorld on Early Entry days
  • The tour will be available on Early Entry days only, at 8:30 and 9:00am. The SeaWorld Rescue Tour is a brief look behind the scenes (~20 minutes) at SeaWorld's rescue and rehabilitation facilities and includes an overview of our conservation efforts. Visitors will see areas established to care for sea turtles, manatees and other animals in need of help. The tour requires a reservation, available only through the Expedia Local Expert Guest Service Desk at the hotel.

   

How do I make reservations for the Quick Queue Unlimited benefit?
Guests can only reserve their complimentary Quick Queue Unlimited onsite, at one of our Official Hotels, from the Expedia Local Expert Guest Service desk. Admission is required and the usual ride restrictions apply. Quick Queue Unlimited is available in limited quantities each day are given out on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests can pick up Quick Queue Unlimited for day-of or next-day visits only.

   

Is the Quick Queue Unlimited benefit date specific?
Guests can pick up Quick Queue Unlimited for day-of or next-day visits only and will be valid for that day only. If guests would like to use this benefit on another day, they will have to go back to the Expedia Local Expert Guest Service desk to pick up a new pass with limited quantities given out on a first-come, first-serve basis.

   

How many Quick Queue Unlimited passes can I get?
The Expedia Local Expert Guest Service desk will give out only one Quick Queue Unlimited pass per person per day. Party size is limited to 4.

   

How do I reserve my ride to Universal Orlando?
Advance reservations are required for Universal Transportation and can be made at the Expedia Local Expert Guest Service Desk at any of our Official Hotels. They will provide you with a ticket for each passenger, which will be required to board the bus. The number of seats is limited and subject to availability.

   

When does the Universal Shuttle run?
The Universal Shuttle will run once each day, roundtrip. Pick up times at hotels and at Universal Orlando for the returns vary by season. Check with the Expedia Local Expert Guest Service Desk at the Hotel for scheduled times.

   

How do I get to Discovery Cove?
Complimentary Shuttles operate daily from SeaWorld to Discovery Cove. If you are going to Discovery Cove, you can board the shuttle to SeaWorld, and then transfer to the Discovery Cove Shuttle. Once dropped off at SeaWorld, there is a dedicated Discovery Cove phone at the Bus and taxi area. Guests will need to use this phone to request their Discovery Cove shuttle pick up. The Discovery Cove shuttle will be there 10-15 minutes after call is made. Taxi cabs are also available from any of the area hotels for a nominal fee.

   

What dates will the park open early?
Early Entry to SeaWorld and Aquatica is available on select dates around the Easter Holiday, Summer Season (Memorial Day thru Labor Day), and during Christmas Holiday, typically on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Currently, the following 2011 dates are scheduled for Early Entry:

What is the SeaWorld Rescue Tour?

Guests can book their tour only at the Expedia Local Expert Guest Service Desks at our Official Hotels. The tour is only available to guests of these hotels, and is subject to availability.

   

When is the SeaWorld Rescue Tour available?
The tour is available only at 8:30am and 9:00am on Early Entry Dates at SeaWorld. Reservations and park admission are required.

What is the difference between Quick Queue and Quick Queue Unlimited?
Quick Queue provides priority access once to each of these popular attractions: Manta, Kraken, Journey to Atlantis, & Wild Arctic. The pass also includes one complimentary ride on Paddle Boats and Skytower.

What are the height requirements for the attractions included in Quick Queue?
Manta – minimum 54”
Kraken – minimum 54”
Journey to Atlantis – minimum 42” (42” – 48” with a supervising companion)
Wild Arctic – minimum 42”
Paddle Boats – (56” to ride alone, 0-56” must ride with a supervising companion)
Skytower – No Height Restrictions

   






Cancellations
  • SeaWorld Inc. has the right to impose cancellation fees.
  • Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to arrival will incur no cancellation fees.
  • Cancellations made 2 days prior to arrival will incur a $50 charge.
  • Cancellations made within a day of arrival will incur a $100 charge.
  • Cancellations made on or after the arrival date will not be refunded. Unused portions of packages will not be refunded.
  • All cancellations must be made via phone at (800) 55-SHAMU.

Changes

  • Changes made on a completed reservation at least 3 days prior to arrival will incur no change fee.
  • Changes made 2 days prior to arrival will incur a $50 non-refundable fee.
  • No changes will be allowed within 1 day of arrival.
  • All change requests are subject to availability.
  • All changes must be made via phone at (800) 55-SHAMU.

Regarding Hotel Changes
Hotel property or date changes will require your entire vacation order to be cancelled and rebooked. The above cancellation policy applies.
