Things to know before you go:
- If you are participating on a day that SeaWorld is open park admission is required and not included in your program.
- Participants must be age 7 or older and at least 48 inches tall. (A parent or guardian must accompany those under 18 years of age.)
- Sunglasses and all jewelry must be removed before participants get into the water.
- Participants must refrain from smoking.
- Underwater cameras are not allowed.
- This program is not for expectant mothers.
- The program fee is non-refundable, however the program will be rescheduled when possible. (Please be aware there is a $10 rescheduling fee per participant, per change and the program will not be cancelled due to inclement weather.)
- Please keep in mind if you arrive late, the classroom portion of the program may already be in progress.

You’ve always wanted to do it and now’s your chance — jump in the water with SeaWorld’s friendly California sea lions and interact nose-to-nose with these amazing creatures. Once you put on your wetsuit, you’ll be ready to learn hand signals to request various behaviors such as spins, hops, flips, vocalizations and even smiles! Participants also receive a 6 x 8 photo and a SeaWorld towel. Don’t miss this wonderful, wet opportunity to fulfill a special dream for you and your family. The Sea Lion Interaction Program is offered year-round.

Join your participant in a classroom setting during which guests will learn about sea lion adaptations and behaviors. Then get your cameras ready for unbelievable memories as your participant gets up close and personal with sea lions.
In order to be an observer, guest's must have someone in their party participating in an interaction program.
