Things to know before you go- The Ultimate Seafari Tour includes front-of-the-line access to "The Great White," the "Steel Eel," Texas Splashdown, Rio Loco and Lost Lagoon.

Things to know before you go
The Penguin Up-Close Tour is a 60 minute walking tour of The Penguin Encounter. Guests will learn about penguins and alcids, and then will have the opportunity to visit behind the scenes to learn about how SeaWorld cares for these polar birds. Guests will visit food-prep areas, peek inside the penguin’s habitat, chat with a keeper, and enjoy a meet and greet with a penguin. At no time will guests board a tram or any other vehicle. Due to safety restrictions guests under the age of 4 cannot participate in this program. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Admission is not included, but is required to participate.
Reservation cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or total payment will be forfeited.

- The Seafari Tour is from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. and is available by reservation only.
- Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- During the Seafari Tour, guests will have the opportunity to feed Atlantic bottlenose dolphins at Dolphin Cove, seals and California sea lions at the Seal and Sea Lion Community Pool and visit Sharks/The Coral Reef, Penguin Encounter and Shamu Stadium.
- At no time will guests board a tram or any other vehicle during the tour.
- Anyone younger than 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
- The tour takes place on designated days when the park is not open to the general public

Guests also receive reserved seating at a performance of Believe at Shamu Theater Reservations are strongly recommended. At no time will guests board a tram or any other vehicle. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Admission is not included, but is required to participate. This program is recommended for guests ages 8 or older.
