I just placed my vacation order, what do I need to do next?

To prepare for your SeaWorld visit, you’ll need to do two things:

  • Print your SeaWorld admission tickets (eTickets) if applicable. If the tickets you selected weren’t available as eTickets, they will be shipped to you within 3-5 days of receiving your hotel confirmation.
  • Print out a printer-friendly version of your email/order confirmation page once you receive your hotel confirmation. This should be made available to you within 3 days of ordering your vacation package.
   

All I see is a package price, what exactly am I being charged for?
Your package price includes a nightly room charge plus all applicable taxes/fees the hotel is charged for by the city of San Antonio. Also included are any admission tickets, add-on items and all applicable taxes/service fees.

   

How many people can be in a room?
Depends on the hotel and room type reserved. This is determined by hotel maximum occupancy according to the City of San Antonio Fire Code.

   

Are all tickets available as eTickets that I can print at home?
No, some tickets can’t be printed at home and must be shipped to you. The only tickets that can be printed at home as eTickets will have an eTicket symbol beside your name on your confirmation page.

   

Will I receive tickets for my animal interaction or dining reservation?
No, our reservation based programs such as our animal interactions, dining programs, tours, etc., do not require any tickets to be printed. However, it is advised that you bring a copy of your email/order confirmation when you check in for these programs.

   

What if I need to cancel or make changes to my vacation package?

What if I find a lower rate elsewhere…will you match it?
Unfortunately SeaWorld is unable to negotiate hotel rates as all rates loaded through SeaWorld Vacations is managed by the hotels themselves.

   

If I have a dispute about my hotel stay, who should I speak with?
All situations dealing with your hotel stay must be made with the hotel itself. SeaWorld works with our partner hotels to provide our guests with places to stay but is not affiliated with any hotels themselves.

   

Will I be refunded for unused aspects of my vacation package?
Yes and no. It is advised that if you are unable to completely fulfill your vacation package for whatever reason that you contact us as at (800) 700-7786 as soon as possible to discuss your options. Certain aspects of your vacation package may not be refundable or may incur a fee.

   

What if I require special accommodations for my hotel?
Please contact us at your earliest convenience so we may place a note on your order for this request. While the hotel will do their best to accommodate your request, not all requests can be guaranteed.

   

Does SeaWorld or my hotel provide transportation to and from the park?
SeaWorld does not provide any transportation to and from the park. Some hotels offer their own transportation services or can make accommodations as necessary.

   






Cancellations
  • SeaWorld Inc. has the right to impose cancellation fees.
  • Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to arrival will incur no cancellation fees.
  • Cancellations made 2 days prior to arrival will incur a $50 charge.
  • Cancellations made within a day of arrival will incur a $100 charge.
  • Cancellations made on or after the arrival date will not be refunded. Unused portions of packages will not be refunded.
  • All cancellations must be made via phone at (800) 700-7786.

Changes

  • Changes made on a completed reservation at least 3 days prior to arrival will incur no change fee.
  • Changes made 2 days prior to arrival will incur a $50 non-refundable fee.
  • No changes will be allowed within 1 day of arrival.
  • All change requests are subject to availability.
  • All cancellations must be made via phone at (800) 700-7786.

Information About Hotel Changes:
Hotel property or date changes will require your entire vacation order to be cancelled and rebooked. SeaWorld’s cancellation policy applies.

No purchaser should rely upon representations other than those included in this agreement. This agreement is for purchase of a vacation certificate and puts all assignees on notice of the consumer’s right to cancel under section 599.933, Florida Statutes.
