However, if you are not completely satisfied with your on-line purchase, you may return it and we will promptly give you an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. To return merchandise purchased at any of the SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment’s gift shops, please contact the park you had purchased the items from directly. You will be provided with the appropriate address and information needed to return the merchandise.

For your security please do not send your credit card number via e-mail. If you have misplaced your order number please check the Order History page. This page will give you a list of all past orders that you have placed with us.

If I misplaced my packing slip/return label, what should I do?
If you have misplaced a packing slip/return label please call 1-866-509-3929, a customer service representative can direct you on returning your merchandise. Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM CST.
